What happens if the church Wi-Fi drops mid-service?
Nothing stops. The parent QR is generated offline on their app and your team scans it. Even if one of the staff devices loses Wi-Fi, others stay online — and the system syncs when it's back. Never blocks on Sunday.
How much do I pay in the first month?
Just the monthly fee of the plan you choose — US$ 19 on Foundation, US$ 39 on Consolidation. No setup fee, no configuration cost, no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
Do visitors consume the plan quota?
No. Visitors are 100% free. Your plan quota is only consumed by children from regular families registered in the system. We want your church to grow and welcome guests without paying extra for it.
What if my church grows past the plan quota?
The system automatically adds extra packages of 30 children. Each package costs US$ 6 on the Foundation plan or US$ 5 on the Consolidation plan. Once overage costs make your invoice more expensive than the next plan, the system flags it and proposes the switch so you save money. We never block check-in mid-service. You decide when to switch.
Can I try before subscribing?

We don't offer a free trial because we believe guided human onboarding delivers much more value than leaving you alone on a platform for 14 days. If you subscribe, you get full onboarding in the first 7 days — and if Jethro isn't running perfectly on your first Sunday, we refund the first month.
How does onboarding work after I subscribe?
Access is live within 24 hours of payment. Our team helps you import legacy data, set up rooms, and train volunteers — by call or WhatsApp, whichever your leadership prefers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No commitment, no fees, no fine print. Once canceled, access runs until the end of the paid cycle and your data stays exportable for 30 days.
Do I need to buy expensive hardware?
No. Jethro runs on any phone, tablet, or iPad your church already owns (BYOD). If you want thermal label printing, it works with Brother and Zebra standard models — and you decide which rooms require printed badges (e.g., nursery yes, teens no).
