1. Object
Jethro is a management platform for children's ministries, developed by Codar Studio, which aims to provide security and agility in the process of check-in and check-out of children in church environments and related events.
2. Registration and Responsibilities
By using Jethro, parents or legal guardians guarantee the veracity of the information provided about themselves and the minors under their care. The account is personal and non-transferable, and the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
3. Security and Minor Pickup
The system uses dynamic QR Codes for the secure pickup of children. It is the sole responsibility of the guardian not to share this code with unauthorized third parties. The platform allows the registration of multiple authorized companions, who must also follow the institution's security rules.
4. Acceptable Use
The user agrees to use the platform ethically, not submitting false content or violating third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend access in case of misuse or suspicion of fraud.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, design, logos, and content of Jethro are the exclusive property of Codar Studio or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Jethro is an operational aid tool. The final responsibility for the care and physical safety of children at the event location remains with the institution and the respective legal guardians.
